Roy has been with Hart Trailer since February of 1994 when he was hired as Press Brake and Shear Operator. In 1996, Roy moved to the Trim Shop and one year later he was promoted to Director of Plant Operations. Roy loves the fact that he gets to work for a company that’s family-owned and his favorite part of the job is that he “gets to meet customers from all over the country.”
