Meet Jon Drummond who has been with the Hart Trailer family for 12 years! He jokes that a while back, he gave himself the title of Office Manager, but when you see his list of responsibilities, you’ll know why it’s fitting. Jon’s duties include 401K admin, payroll, costing, VIN program, server backups, “lots of tech stuff, and other random duties.” When asked what he likes best about his job at Hart he said, “There are lots of things I like about this job, but if I chose one thing it would be that I LOVE training/coaching people. I love to learn something new and then share what I know with others to make their jobs easier.”
